Woodrose 99 offers two vacation rentals on St John in the US Virgin Islands. The Stone Cottage has 2 and a half bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Lower Unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4. Just down from the driveway is a shared pool, perfect for sunning in the afternoon, or an early evening dip.

Woodrose Stone Cottage is located in quiet Fish Bay on the beautiful island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. This unique getaway combines Caribbean and Balinese style in a tropical setting framed by fruit trees and native flowers overlooking the turquoise waters of the bay.

Comfortable and fun, Stone Cottage is a great place to call home after taking in the sites of the island. The garden entry leads to two and a half bedrooms and two baths on two floors. The separate master suite offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms (one up stairs and one in the main house) have full size beds (one is convertible futon) and share a bath.

Owner appointed, the cottage is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The living room is arranged with comfy sofas and chairs and offers Cable TV, DVD and CD Player. The galley kitchen is attached, and both open to a bright and airy dining room. Outside is additional dining/sitting area where you can relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sun. Just down from the house is a shared pool, perfect for sunning in the afternoon, or an early evening dip.

About 3 miles from town, it is accessible to shopping, dining, and the North Shore beaches, but the offers solitude and privacy found on the South Shore. From the house, you can walk to two secluded beaches for beach combing or a picnic. With the caretaker on property, local wisdom is just steps away! This is the undiscovered St. John-come and experience it at Stone Cottage!

There is a Queen sized bed in master bedroom which has air-conditioning and a television.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed and is also air conditioned.

All cottages are subject to an additional hotel tax of 8%

Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to arrival unless the property is re-rented.
Then, 90% is refunded.

Deposits
A fifty percent 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation.
The balance of 50% is due two weeks prior to the arrival date.
